Vaultmatix secure file sharing

Vaultmatix is our zero-knowledge file sharing and virtual data room platform. Files are encrypted in your browser before they reach our servers. The decryption keys derive from the recipient's authentication and aren't sent to us. We can't read your files. The hosting provider can't read your files. Anyone who breaches the infrastructure can't read your files.

Why zero-knowledge

Most file-sharing services (Dropbox, SharePoint, Google Drive, ShareFile) store files in a form the platform can read. That's how customer support, server-side previews, virus scanning and search work. For most documents that's fine. For tender material, regulatory evidence, M&A diligence packs or care records, it means the platform vendor is one breach away from your data being on the news.

Vaultmatix is engineered the opposite way. Encryption happens client-side. Keys never reach us. The trade-off is no server-side full-text search and slightly slower preview rendering for very large files. We've never had a customer mind.
